Company offers a components replacement warranty of 1 year for all of its home appliances and consumer electronic products. Air conditioner, Fridge and Water Dispenser’s compressor has component replacement policy of 3 years.

Product must be purchased through Delite Showrooms, if the product has been purchased from another business partner; the customer will have to claim the warranty via their supplier.

Customer must have the original receipt of the purchase, without the receipt warranty cannot be claimed.

The warranty will become null and void in case the product was repair / try to repair by an unauthorized person.

Claims will only be entertained after detailed checking of the product by company’s technicians at Delite Service Centers. Company will not pay any transportation charges to customers.

Company does not offer complete replacement of the product. Only components can be claimed under warranty terms and conditions.

Company’s decision will be final in case of warranty claims.

The Company and the customer agree to the jurisdiction of courts (Lahore only) in case of any legal dispute.

Companies do not provide any accidental warranty. If the product is damaged through misuse, the customer cannot claim a replacement warranty.
